Message from Representative Director

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation with our association.

Our association works so that foreign technical intern trainees who desire to learn the technology that Japan is proud of and bring it back to their country can learn with peace of mind.
Foreign technical intern trainees who come to Japan are very serious and hard-working people. However, they come to Japan with anxiety due to separation from their family, diversity of language, lifestyle, religion, etc. In addition, I think the members of the association that accept foreign technical intern trainees have the same anxiety.

Current, the shortage of Japanese labor force is becoming a matter of social concern and we feel it is necessary that we start to take action towards the recruitment of foreigners. We would be grateful if you could help us as an international contributor to globalize the company while contributing and creating a premise to receive foreign human resources.

Our association works with sympathy with association members and foreign technical intern trainees.

Representative Director Saito Tetsuya
